General social counseling
We support and give advice:
- On social law issues (AsylbLG, SGB II, SGB XII)
- On family reunifications
- For placement in work and training
- By economic strain
- By coflict situations (e.a. with the landlord or with the phone provider)
We inform you about:
- Verfahren und Weitervermittlung an Fachberatungsstellen
- Hardship case submissions to the Hardship Commission
- Church asylum
- Voluntary return of refugees
Our counseling primary aimed to refugees, who are living in the chruch district Harzer Land. As well at main employees, voluntary workers, institutions and parishes from the chruch district Harzer Land.
Asylum procedure consouling
The asylum procedure consouling is aimed to asylum seekers, as well as at refugees with an uncertain residence status.
It includes the following offers:
- Explanation of procedures and laws
- Explanation of documents
- Cooperations withs lawyers (also Operator between lawyer and client)
- Operator between refugee and immigration authority
- Help and explanation by threatened deportation
